Harvest Eating Steakhouse Butter Burgers
*Recipe and Video below on this page!*
Here is a simple recipe for a butter burger that might well be the best darn burger ever. I make seasoned butter using our Steak House Blend and good butter, the results are off the charts flavor. If you don’t have the blend you can make do with your favorite seasoning.
Our Steak House Blend is the simplest of all the blends I make and possibly one of the best! The combination of imported organic smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and a few other seasonings really make this awesome.

I suggest finding a local grass-fed beef for this. Even though grass-fed beef can be lean this butter makes it super juicy so you won’t miss the fat from an 80/20 mix.
Harvest Eating Steakhouse Butter Burgers
Ingredients
- 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)
- 4 tbs grass-fed butter (Kerry gold, Presidente etc.)
- 2 tsp Harvest Eating Steakhouse Blend
Instructions
- In a bowl add room-temperature butter and the seasonings, mix well.
- Add chilled beef and mix the beef well using hands, form into patties, and cook to the desired temperature.
Use 2 tsp of the seasoning mix for 2 lbs of meat. This makes about 7-8 regular-sized burgers. I love simple potato rolls for this adorned with a fermented pepper mayo…or whatever condiments you like. I also use thinly sliced white onion…but I bet grilled onions would be great too.
If you’re not eating bread this is terrific just served on a plate. I am not eating bread at the moment so I just eat this right on a plate and add some extra lettuce, pickles, etc, and enjoy it just fine!
Enough gibber jabber….here is the video.
