Chef Keith Snow from Harvest Eating.com creates a delicious wasabi vinaigrette for grilled tuna.
Ingredients:

2/3 cup pure olive oil
2 tsp wasabi powder
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs low-sodium soy sauce
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 small handful fresh cilantro
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender, blend on high until emulsified.
Chef’s Note: Great on ahi tuna or other grilled fish.
