I am thrilled to endorse my own line of products called Thoughtful Harvest. Of course I recommend making as much at home as possible, including sauces, vinaigrettes, bread etc. but for those of you that need the convenience of prepared foods I decided to create a line that would fit the Harvest Eating principles that include supporting US farms and buying local.
To that end I have started with pasta sauces that are created using ingredients from small-to mid-sized family farms, or artisan producers. The products are super-premium and chok-full of value. Unlike most watery and thin tomato sauces these contain loads of garlic, sweet onions, fresh herbs, extra virgin olive oil and much more.
They are so good you can easily enjoy them straight our of the jar with some bread or a spoon. These sauces are unlike anything you’ve tried before and best of all, they support US small farms and farm families. They are also formulated by me and I personally supervises their production. This is not a simple “licensing” deal where a name is used of a famous chef with no real connection to the products. These are my creations and a labor of love.
