Ingredients:
1 lbs grass-fed ground beef
1 tsp garlic pepper seasoning
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 whole roasted poblano pepper
3 slices sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon precooked
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients then form into patties.
2. Grill over a charcoal fire until they are done to your liking.
