Living Fuel Coconut Smoothie

Description: Coconut is healthy for you, tastes great, is great for skin, energy & weight loss.

Ingredients:

1 small banana
1/4 fresh or frozen blueberries (if fresh, add ice cubes)
2 tbsp. Coco-Chia snack mix
1 tbsp. ground flax meal
2 cups of whole raw milk
1 serving Living Fuel brand “Living Protein” powder

2 tbs coconut cream concentrate (from tropical traditions)

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender turn on, wait 20 seconds enjoy.

Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Description:

Healthy blueberry coconut smoothie with almonds and raw milk.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup coconut flakes organic, unsweetened
1 tbs sliced almonds
2 cups raw milk or whole milk or soy milk for vegetarians
ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

1. Add everything to a container… Blend with immersion blender or regular blender. Chill and enjoy!
