[private]The Harvest Eating Team took part in the first annual 4/14 Festival In Dijon France. The festival was a celebration of food, music and culture. There were 12 American chefs invited and Chef Snow was honored to be among them.
There were several days of amazing celebration in the les halle in Dijon where chefs prepared small plates for the people of Dijon. It was quite a time for all.[/private]
