A easy way to create delicious kale greens.
Ingredients:

1 lb kale
2 tbs olive oil
1 small shallots, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 qrt organic chicken broth
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large dutch oven or stock pot add oil, shallots and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add kale, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
3. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
Chef’s Note: Use the same recipe for mustard greens, swiss chard, rainbow chard or beet greens.
