Since 2005 I have been promoting a farm-to-table style of seasonal cooking that was rather varied in subject matter. I have content on this site featuring just about anything you might be looking for i nthe food space. Plenty of meat, dairy, eggs etc. and also plenty of vegan or vegetarian content.
Through the years, depending on what I was excited about cooking with, I produced content for that particular subject, tring to stay within a farm-to-table type message. The omnivore had plenty of content to choose from, but certainly not as much for my vegan or vegetarian viewers and fans.
Before I go into detail about my focus switch to plant based cooking I want to reaffirm that I support farm to table cooking, even for meat eaters, as long as factory farming is not a part of it.
This dietary change was mainly due to health and medical issues not activism. My son is struggling with seizures and me with inflammation. So we are trying to be a clean and healthy as possible using a plant based whole foods diet.
I hope the content offerings still inspire my meat eating fans and more vegans too.
