Mahi Mahi has a delicate flavor so we spice it up then grill to up the yum factor. And top it with a creamy leek sauce. This leek cream is so easy yet very sophisticated…your guests will think your a genius.
2 6 ounces Mahi filets
2 tbs Aromatica lemon Pepper
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 recipe leek cream
1 recipe savoy cabbage stir-fry
1. Mix together lemon pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Coat fish fillets and grill over medium high heat, about 5 minutes each side.
3. Serve with your favorite side or as we show, a cabbage stir fry.
4. Top with leek cream sauce .
