I have always been a huge fan of real butter, I’ve made plenty myself from the luscious milk of grass-fed Jersey cows, it’s amazing stuff for eating and cooking.
Back in early September of 2019, we started to add to our stores of many foods, especially those that contain fat: butter, lard, duck fat, ghee, cooking oil, (coconut, olive, safflower, sunflower) nut butter, etc.
I knew problems were coming to our economy, with or without a global pandemic. So I quietly started adding to our stores by purchasing 4-5 bottles of oil or butter or duck fat etc. without anyone even noticing.
We also bought some butter at Costco, regular butter, “grade A” salted butter. This is IMO a total waste. This “butter” has no soul, no flavor, no color just white ….stuff!
These are butters worth buying…..
