1 lb naturally raised ground dark turkey meat
1 lb naturally raised ground pork
1 tsp ground sage
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbs Harvest Eating Northern Italian seasoning
1 tbs kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl, form into thin patties.
2. Cook on a skillet or griddle to well caramelized and fully cooked through. 170 degrees.
