1 recipe Bechamel
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere
1/2 cup grated sharp white cheddar
1. After making Bechamel, over low heat slowly add cheese whisking after each addition until all cheese is added.
2. Make sure heat is very low or sauce could break. Very bad!!!
