On today’s show I discuss a simple whole food plant-based stew of sorts, that is very easy to construct. I use some fresh ingredients and some freeze dried ingredients to demonstrate it’s survival fortitude as well.
Be sure to rins the lentils well as they can be very dusty-even organic varities! As far a the recipe goes..just watc hthe video, make some notes on amounts…it’s hard to go wrong here.
2.5 cups of lentils
2 15 oz cans of tomatoes pulsed
8 cups of water
veg and seasonings as per video
