On today’s show I discuss making the famous Cuban pressed sandwich called, well, The Cuban. A mix of soft bread, mustard, Swiss cheese, pickles, roast pork, sliced ham…cooked on a flat griddle with some way to PRESS the Cuban down.
It should be crispy yet yielding in the middle and should not fall apart. Do not over stuff the Cuban, too much is not good here.
