My aged pepper sauce contains only 4 ingredients so it relies on toasted oak and careful lacto-fermentation to deliver such outstanding flavor, aroma and texture.
I have been tinkering with this formula for a few years now. I can’t lather enough praise in words alone to communicate how amazing this product is. The smell…totally intoxicating, the taste- WOW -your taste buds will be alive with piqued interest, then the pheromones in your brain tell you this is something truly special. I like to use this on:
- scrambled eggs-KILLER
- in burritos or on quesadillas
- on top of nachos
- with any thai food, like currie
- in any Indian dish….
- make a mayo for subs…mix mayo with this….dude….un real
- on grilled steak
- top a baked potato
- grilled fish like mahi, halibut or even shellfish -shrimp love this stuff
- I could go on and on…
